Here we go !
I'm going to the USA.
I learnt on May 13th where I'll be heading next year : the beautiful and wild State of Maine.
I was so thrilled because you know, I asked for a South West location hoping to pratice my Spanish as well, and I get a position in the northernmost and easternmost state existing in the US. So much for asking preferences :)
By the way, that's the whole point of writing English : I think it's the easiest way to get my International friends to understand me. It's been a while since I've been speaking or writing in English so, please, be tolerant :)
I'm leaving with a scholarship that includes basically everything from the Visa fees to the car & gas. I feel really lucky and I still don't really understand why the board selected me, but I met so many incredible people already, and I'm not in the US yet. We had a 2-days conference about how to get a health insurance, how to about a bank account, how to teach your language in a foreign country and how brilliant and great we are. The last one wasn't that interesting though, we already knew that
